Be The Unicorn

As many of you know, I worked for Vanderbloemen for about six years. I have known William Vanderbloemen for longer than that and always love to sit down and discuss recent hiring trends.

William is an entrepreneur, pastor, speaker, author, and CEO and founder of Vanderbloemen. His most recent book, Be The Unicorn: 12 Data-Driven Habits That Separate the Best Leaders from the Rest, just hit stores last month and I was able to sit down with him and discuss the inspiration behind the book.

As William says it so well, we all know that one person that stands above the rest. Everyone tends to want to be around them and even work for them. William was intrigued by this and after 30,000 interviews, picked those type of leaders and surveyed them to find out what made them “unicorns”.
