This past weekend, Mark Beeson took some time in the service to address the historic presidential election that we just went through. Many people have responded with MUCH ENERGY over his comments.

It is my guess that our church reflects our society as a whole in its' voting patterns. That is, probably half voted for Obama and half voted for McCain. I applaud Mark for his leadership through this very difficult subject. He could have ignored it and let the pundits lead the conversation. But he didn't, he led the conversation.
