I Wish I Could Join Them

This week I am missing the Purpose-Driven Network Summit, hosted at Saddleback by Rick Warren. A ton of cool speakers will be there, including Mark Beeson.

I got an email from Rick Warren asking me to come...even offering to pay my way...to join a small group of bloggers to help document the week. He said, "I've read your stuff on the internet and I think it is great!" (Rick...if you are reading this...I've read your books and I think they are great too!).

It would be fun to be there...but I'm going to be heading east in a couple days to join another group of Christian leaders. But looking forward to reading reports from the pastors who are joining Rick for this important conference!
