This Isn't Indiana

Many months ago we scheduled a leadership retreat for this week with our senior management team. With the pace of ministry at Granger Community Church, it couldn't come at a worse time...but it also couldn't come at a better time.

I talked about the importance of retreats here back in early December and how you have to be intentional in getting them scheduled. The benefit to the church of having their leadership team focused, unified and renewed can't be overstated.
