Early last year, Faith and I began talking about the new season of life we were entering, called The Empty-Nester Season. We’d heard about it, read about, seen others experience it, looked forward to it—but had no idea what was waiting in front of us.

Simultaneously, we had been learning more about this amazing tool called the Enneagram. We thought, “What if we could find a marriage coach who used the language of the Enneagram to help us understand each other better?”

Through a few months of searching and stalking, we found EnneagramAndMarriage on Instagram, and last fall we went through a program led by its’ author and founder.

Christa Hardin, MA, led us through a very helpful interactive marriage course. A family systems therapist turned relationship coach, Christa is passionate about helping individuals and couples to truly thrive again together. She owns Reflections Counseling and Coaching and has authored several marriage workbooks. She runs the Instagram account Enneagram and Marriage and hosts a podcast by the same name.

I just learned that she is launching her course this spring, called “Just My Type: Energizing Your Marriage with the Enneagram.” It begins this month on Valentine’s Day!

Faith and I would highly recommend Christa and her team, and this course, if you are looking to reenergize your marriage for whatever season lies ahead.
