As I celebrate my blog's 1-year anniversary, just found some interesting stats...

• I've posted 308 times. That means I'm not a daily blogger. I average blogging 5 out of every 6 days.
• 572 of you have left comments in the past year. Gracias.
• By the end of the first month last July, 62 of you had actually subscribed. That number grew to 300 by Christmas of last year, and presently stands at just over 900 who subscribe. By comparison, I'm just a little fish in a big pond. Some of my favorite bloggers--Perry, Mark and Todd--all have thousands of subscribers.
• I average around 7,000 unique visitors to LeadingSmart.com every month. The "unique" doesn't mean they are interesting or have special needs. It just means it is 7,000 different people who visit each month.

Among VIP's who read my blog, my mom and dad are at the top of the list. My sister has been known to read it on occasion, and even my brother left a comment last month. And most important, my wife reads it.
