A couple of weeks ago during the ICC, I taught a breakout on the topic of Staffing. Picture this...it was me in a room with 102 of my best friends (okay, I didn't really know very many of them) talking as fast as I could for 90-minutes about everything related to a church staff. The crowd was very interactive with lots of questions and I thoroughly enjoyed the session. These are the categories we discussed:

• Structure & Job Descriptions (we actually ran out of time for these, but they are in the notes below).
